Peach and Banana Smoothie

 

1/3 cup (75 ml) Spiced Peach Confiture or any fruit confiture of your choice
1 1 Peeled and frozen banana, cut into chunks  
1/3 cup (75 ml) Vanilla yogurt
1/2 tsp (2 ml) Vanilla extract

 

Place confiture, banana , yogurt and extract in a blender or food processor.  Process until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.  Makes about one cup (250 ml).

 

Tri-Fruit Smoothie

 
1/2 cup (125 ml) Sliced mango
1/2 cup (125 ml) Sliced peaches, fresh or frozen
1/3 cup (75 ml) Strawberry Chardonnay Confiture or any fruit confiture of your choice.
1/3 cup (75 ml) Orange juice
1/4 tsp (1 ml) Almond extract

 

Place mango, peaches, confiture, orange juice and extract in a blender or food processor.  Process until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.  Makes about one cup. (250 ml)
