Peach and Banana Smoothie

Spiced Peach Confiture or any fruit confiture of your choice |

Peeled and frozen banana, cut into chunks |
| 1/3 cup |
(75 ml) |
Vanilla yogurt |
| 1/2 tsp |
(2 ml) |
Vanilla extract |

Place confiture, banana , yogurt and extract in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy. Makes about one cup (250 ml).
Tri-Fruit Smoothie

Strawberry Chardonnay Confiture or any fruit confiture of your choice. |

Orange juice |
| 1/4 tsp |
(1 ml) |
Almond extract |

Place mango, peaches, confiture, orange juice and extract in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy. Makes about one cup. (250 ml) |
