| 1 - 7.6 oz jar | Sweet & Sour Cherry Confiture | ||
| Vanilla ice cream | |||
| 1/4 cup | Brandy | ||
| Sprigs of mint | |||

Put confiture in a small saucepan and heat on low until heated through. Divide ice cream in to 4 individual dishes. Heat brandy in a large metal ladle over an open flame, light and as it flames pour over cherries. When flames have died down, spoon cherries over ice cream and serve immediately, decorated with mint sprigs. Makes 4 servings. |
