Tomato Sauces

We grow our own organic San Marzano tomatoes and then combine them with a variety of other luscious organic ingredients like portobello mushrooms, fresh herbs, garlic or arugula to create sauces that are authentically Italian, with just a touch of Southwestern flair.

Smoke Dried Tomatoes

These beauties are dried slowly using fruit wood, and then packed in organic extra virgin olive oil.
