Fish	Brent, from FoxFire Farm, is passionate about the sea. During salmon fishing season he travels to Alaska, rents a commercial fishing boat and ventures out to fish for salmon and halibut. The catch is flash frozen and he brings it home to Durango to offer along with his organic lamb. Although it does not come from our bio-region, this is why we are making it available to our CSA members. The Copper River sockeye salmon is world famous for its rich, dark orange color and amazing flavor. The Pacific Wild Halibut are caught in the crisp, cold waters of the northern pacific just outside the entrance to the Copper River.
