Two Options

• Farmer's Choice Box If you choose this option ($25 value/week) we pick a selection of vegetables and fruit for you each week, depending on seasonal availability. You make your own choices of an additional $20 or more of other items available that week from any product category to meet your $45 weekly order minimum.
• Member Choice Box Members choose whatever seasonal products they want to appear in their box from week to week, ordering a minimum of $45 of products.

Eating Seasonally As the season unfolds we will have all the items listed, some will be available throughout the season and others will be more seasonal and only present for a limited time.  Baked goods and prepared foods in particular will regularly change from week to week as we weave fresh ingredients into a broad mix of mouth watering recipes.     

Every effort will be made to keep adequate inventory on hand of all items listed for you to order from.  However, there are likely to be times when demand may exceed available supply, so it will help considerably to place your order as early as possible in any given week to minimize missing out on something.  With enough lead time, we may be able to make arrangements for more of a product to be here in time for the weekly CSA delivery if we see significant demand for a particular item.

Sustainable Packaging Eating in a healthier and sustainable way depends on many factors.  And this includes how things are packaged.  Your orders are packed in a box that we reuse over and over when it is returned to us.  Prepared meals are packaged in containers that can be recycled or that will compost very quickly, such as bamboo, palm fiber, sugar cane pulp, and more.  Most will compost in as little as two days. They are 100% chlorine and sulfur free. And yet they can be put in the microwave, oven, and of course in your refrigerator or freezer.
