High Desert Foods all organic jarred fruits, sauces and other products start with the fresh produce we grow ourselves in Southwestern Colorado's high desert. The recipes that turn our organic fruits into gourmet foods were developed in collaboration with celebrated American chef and author Deborah Madison. High Desert Foods' products are made in small, hand crafted batches at our kitchens in Dolores, CO.

The intense flavors of our products come from their origins: in the blue-sky, red rock country of the Colorado Plateau, where days are sun-drenched, nights are cool and rainstorms only rarely dampen the rich clay soils.
